Kobe House was completed in 2010 after a few years’ work by local workers. All the materials used are local products: the walls are made of typical coral stone and special blocks. Doors and windows are in coconut wood and the roof – locally called Makuti- is made of wood and intertwined coconut palms. The floors and tiles of the bedrooms, bathrooms of the Villa, restaurant, entrance hall and stairs are in decorated “Tarazo”, a fine local material (similar to the Italian Palladian) which, in addition to its beauty, guarantees a high hygienic standard. All the technological appliances are in conformity with Italian regulations, which ensures a European standard of safety and efficiency. The forniture, in coconut and mango wood, has all been made locally. Kobe House is now ready to welcome our best guests.
